This location is super unreliable. I was promised my company vehicle before the store closed today and unfortunately they closed and didn’t call me to pickup my van. My apartment keys were also on the bunch and I left it there because they said they will have it done by today. All I did was Ran some errands and came back and they were gone. Not even a call. I’m also already confirmed for work tomorrow and there is no way to get in contact with them. I’m furious because a similar situation happened 2 weeks. This is making me lose money. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient. Now I’m stuck without a work van and my apartment keys are on the bunch. I’m stuck outside and I’m losing money tomorrow!!!! You guys really messed up!

have to say that Mason went above and beyond from the moment I walked in until the moment I finalized my bill. I’ve been bringing my cars to Firestone for many years, but Mason truly made today’s appointment stand out. What impressed me most was his honesty, friendliness, and positive attitude. He took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable with the decisions I was making about my vehicle. I also watched the way he interacted with the other customers, and he treated everyone with the same friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Please recognize Mason and thank him for me. Employees like him are the reason customers continue coming back. After my experience today, I can confidently say that I will remain a loyal Firestone customer. Thank you, Mason, and thank you to the entire Firestone team for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.

After an oil change gone wrong, my car continued to leak oil. It was very annoying and frustrating. However, Ron was nice about it and worked to make it right. And Chris was even willing to power wash my home driveway after the leak! These guys went above and beyond to get my car fixed while never passing the blame to anyone else. Mistakes happen, but these guys owned it, fixed it in a timely manner, and made sure I was taken care of.

True team service. All the techs were busy. The manager went out there and changed all 4 of my tires and matched discount tires quote to even cheaper. I’ve been to other Firestones never seen a manager do that himself. I could tell it was normal cause he did it so quick. They all worked together as a team I’d give 10 Stars if I could.

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks to Ulises. He made my battery replacement quick and completely hassle-free. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. The service was fast, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. It’s clear he really cares about helping customers and doing the job right. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending others ask for Ulises! I also want to recognize Ron and David at Firestone Complete Auto Care for their excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the visit, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. They both showed great attention to detail and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in providing quality service. Having a team like Ron and David really makes a difference, and I truly appreciate their help. I would definitely recommend this location because of the great service they provided.
